SCA Tuscarora Ltd
IBIS In Focus has provided SCA Tuscarora Ltd, with advice and assistance on the implementation of TS 16949.
"Without IBIS in Focus input and guidance, it is safe to say, that we would not have been successful in achieving TS2. They managed to co-ordinate tasks for the process owners in a format they were able to understand and carry out. Their involvement in setting out the Business Manual was first class. I personally learned a great deal from IBIS in Focus. Their attitude and manner made it easy for them to integrate with the teams and their approach to auditing is an asset to any company. They have made a big impact, not just to the Spennymoor plant but Tuscarora as a whole." Approved

"The assistance and support given by IBIS in Focus was critical in Metallifacture achieving certification. Particular credit should be given to the auditor training and support during the creation of the company's Turtle diagrams. Training on conducting audits on site, in our own environment and applying the lessons learnt, during witnessed audits was fundamental in developing our auditors. I would suggest this method was critical in getting a proper understanding of the process approach." Approved
